- Monthly or annual subscription fees.
- Add-on credits or usage-based charges.
- Fees for professional services or custom integrations.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining portion of a billing cycle after a cancellation.
3. Exceptional Considerations
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise (e.g., technical malfunctions that prevent Service use or billing errors).

4. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly at contact@yodha.team to resolve any billing disputes. Initiating a chargeback with your bank without first contacting our support team may result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your Yodha Inc. account.
5. Modifications
Yodha Inc. reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
