If you connect your social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Meta) to Yodha, we receive:

  • Access tokens required to interact with their APIs on your behalf.
  • Content and engagement data from your social feeds to provide analytics.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and Maintain the Service: Including generating Output and scheduling social media posts.
  • Improve Our AI Models: We may use de-identified Customer Data to train and improve our machine learning models. You may opt-out of this in your account settings.
  • Billing and Administration: To process payments and send administrative notices.
  • Safety and Security: To detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized access.
  • Legal Compliance: To comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. SHARING OF INFORMATION

We share information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With vendors who assist us in providing the Service, such as cloud hosting (AWS/Google Cloud), AI model providers (OpenAI/Anthropic), and analytics providers.

7.2 Marketing Communications

You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the instructions in those emails.

7.3 Do Not Track

Our Service does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

8. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request access to the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you and to request deletion of your information. Yodha Inc. does not "sell" personal information as defined by the CCPA.

9. GDPR COMPLIANCE

For users in the European Union, the "Data Controller" is Yodha Inc. Our legal basis for collecting and using information depends on the context. Usually, we process data to perform our contract with you or where it is in our legitimate interests (and not overridden by your rights).
